Hard of hearing AHP agent recognised for dedication

Category Adrienne Hersch News

Adrienne Hersch Properties agent Gregory Isaacman has won a 2018 Leigh Joy Inspires Award for Dedication.

Gregory, who is hard of hearing, has worked for Adrienne Hersch Properties for 10 years.

"When I decided to become a real estate agent, I decided to not let my disability get in the way of my passion and determination. Although it has been challenging, I absolutely love what I do," comments Gregory.

Leigh Joy, a trainer and keynote speaker with a keen interest in communication, runs comprehensive telecanvassing workshops where she trains real estate agents on telephone etiquette.

She says she was absolutely blown away after meeting Greg at an agent training at Adrienne Hersch Properties' Houghton Head Office.

"Gregory was the inspiration behind my decision to start these awards.  I couldn't get over his passion and dedication to his dream and felt he needed to be acknowledged for the obstacles he has overcome. Against all odds, he was dedicated enough to his dream to become an excellent agent."

Leigh identified five people she worked with and awarded them according to the following categories: Dedication, Courage, Passion, Enthusiasm and Visionary.

Gregory works alongside his partner Lorraine Veco as an area specialist for the Bramley, Bramley North, Bramley Park, Savoy Estate, Corlett Gardens, Gresswold, Lyndhurst and Glen Atholl.
